Twenty-six tracks, eighty-two minutes, and a whole city in the room — Geolier's second act is the fullest version of Neapolitan rap we have.

Geolier's Tutto è possibile – Atto II is the second half of a two-part record, and it behaves like one. Twenty-six tracks, eighty-two minutes, released on 15 October 2026: the kind of album that expects you to live with it rather than skim it. Emanuele Palumbo, who records as Geolier, grew up in Secondigliano on the northern edge of Naples, and the record keeps returning to that neighbourhood the way a camera keeps returning to the same room.

The cover says as much. A family is gathered around a table in a tiled dining room under a chandelier — a grandmother, a man in a vest, a toddler wandering out of the bottom of the frame. Nobody is posing for a rap album. The parental advisory sticker in the corner is the only thing that gives the game away, and it sets the tone for what follows: domestic, crowded, unresolved.

The guest list is the first thing anyone will talk about. Lazza and Achille Lauro turn up in the opening stretch; Shiva shares “Emanuele e Andrea”; Sfera Ebbasta and ANNA split “2 giorni di fila”; Kid Yugi takes “Olè”. Further in the album reaches outward — 50 Cent on “Phantom”, Anuel AA on “Arcobaleno” — and inward at the same time, with Pino Daniele joining the title track, one Naples meeting another.

What holds it together is language. Geolier raps in Napoletano, and Atto II leans hard into the vocabulary that comes with it: “081”, the city's dialling code, used as a song title; “P'forz”; “Facil facil”; “Rione di domenica”. Apple Music files the album under Hip-Hop/Rap, and that is fair, but the geography is doing as much work as the tempo.

If the first act introduced the ambition, this is where it gets spent. Twenty-six tracks is a lot to ask of anyone in 2026, and the length is the album's own argument: that a story this size needs the room. Start with the title track for the Pino Daniele feature, “Per Emanuele” to hear how it opens — the rapper using his own given name as track one, as if to say the record begins with the person and not the persona — and “A Napoli non piove” to hear how it signs off.
